Hand drawn map of Main St., South Windsor, CT, depicting the town, circa 1800. Map shows locations of dwelling houses, names of the inhabitants, and the location of the Burying Ground (God's Acre). At some later point this map was written on in pencil to add addional names and house locations. Cleaned and de-acidified by Thomas Edmondson, paper conservation, Torrington, CT, Spring 1980. |
