WWI metal in brown folder envelope.
A coin shaped metal with a 6-color ribbon. Front states:
"They Did Not Pass" encircling a standing eagle with wings
partially spread. The obverse inscription states:
"presented to P.J.Kelleher by the citizens of the town of
South Windsor in gratefull recognition of patriotic services
in the World War"
Has the S.W. seal below inscription.
